Acne Skin Disease

Today a high percentage of individuals have been hassled by skin problems like skin stains, rashes, pimples, blackheads and so on. All these problems are acne symptoms. These problems are commonly experienced during puberty from 12 - 13 to 20 years old. Aside from being physical, the problem is also suggested to be psychological.

The psychological part of the problem is double. Acne can drain an individual's subjective selfless and assurance. From the other side acne skin disease can be caused by some psychological reasons, in its turn. This is the opinion of professionals.

Some people may continue experiencing acne because of different reasons (skin infections, hormonal preparation, enlarged pores, overnutrition and gastrointestinal disturbance) years later after they pass their teens. Sometimes the reason for acne skin disease of a grown up person is an abnormal skin care. As usual, acne is a result of excessive secretions of oil from the skin glands blocking of pores. The most susceptible to acne skin disease are upper regions of the body like the face, chest, back and upper arms. The face and upper neck are the most commonly affected, but the chest, back and shoulders may have acne as well. To tell the truth, body acne is usually more painful.

Normally, glands make the right amount of biological skin fat, when glands may become overactive, pores become clogged. If there is too much biological skin fat and too many dead skin cells, bacteria (usually Propionibacterium acnes) starts to breed very active, that causes swelling and erubescent and of acne as the final result.

If a pore stays blocked and closed it bulges out from the skin, so you can see a whitehead. If a pore gets blocked but stays open, for a variety of reasons, the top surface can darken and you face with a blackhead. Sometimes if the pore opens, skin fat, bacteria, and dead skin cells to make their way under the skin you have to deal with a small, red bump called a pimple as a skin reaction. Blocked pores that usually very deep can cause skin nodules, which are infected lumps or cysts that are much bigger than pimples and can be very painful and may track up your face.

Acne skin disease can be a simple madness for most people. In fact the exact causes of this skin disease are not known so there is no leak-proof defense against acne. It can be called a body reaction for some physical adversities. But it is very individual.
